Aloha, friends!
Since
January, I have experienced much personal growth and development
as I've been reestablishing relationships with my friends, family,
staff, clients and community here in Eugene. I'm excited and can't
wait to connect with those I haven't had the opportunity to see
yet!

We are so blessed in Eugene with abundance
from organic, locally grown food, products, music, nature, high
consciousness, social and environmental activists, community and
services from some of my favorite entrepreneurs like Hummingbird

This month I will be traveling to Oahu. You can find me at Still Moving Center
in Kaka'ako, Hawaii with kumu (source of knowledge) Malia
Helela as we prepare to dance with our Hula Ha'lau (school of
traditional dance) for the people at the 30th Annual Queen Emalani
festival to honor the spirits that came before us who were in selfless
service to all life. This is a free all day event held at the
top of Waimea Canyon at Koke'e Park on Saturday October 13th. Hula
Ha'laus from all the Hawaiian islands will dance their pule (prayer) to
celebrate Queen Emalani. It's an honor to dance with my
hula sisters and see my Kaua'i ohana (family). If you're on Kaua'i
please join us in this sacred celebration.

While I'm away, clients at Alder Brooke are in good hands with Lori Hamilton.
I cannot say enough about Lori who has grown so
much over the past few years practicing professional colon hydrotherapy.
She has been keeping the Alder Brooke practice thriving in Eugene while
I've been traveling. Lori will accommodate your special schedule
needs and provide professional, quality colon hydrotherapy services in
my absence.

Self-Care Saturday
For the past few weeks, my friend and future Purium
brand partner, Rachel Hoffman and I have been hiking Spensers
Butte, drinking Purium Can't Beet This and sharing the goodness of
Purium to people who are on the trail. We call this goodness self-care Saturday (or Sunday) and it's catching on in a big way.
Making a point to spend a few hours getting good things in while stretching our muscles is a healing practice on it's own.

My
son Isaiah is also excited about the Purium path. He surprised me for
my birthday by making Purium jersey's for his city league
basketball team! The purium basketball team loves the Power Shake
