I would be very happy to send you a chart in large format (11"x17") poster size. Chart pricing is $15 for 1, $27 for 2 or $100 for 10 charts. The shipping and handling is an additional $6 on orders of 10 or fewer. Please contact me if you wish to order more than 10 charts.

I also offer post cards (see below) for any Health Care worker custom printed with your message and contact information on the back. The base fee is $20 for custom post cards, with an addtional fee for printing and shipping depending on the number of cards ordered. Contact me to request a price quote or a sample card, or simply request a sample card with your poster order.
