I would be very happy to send you a chart in large format (11"x17"). Chart pricing is $15 for 1, $27 for 2 or $100 for 10 charts. Shipping and handling to addresses in the continental U.S. is an additional $6 on orders of 10 or fewer. Please contact me if you wish to order more than 10 charts, or if you need shipping outside the continental U.S.

The posters are in a larger format (13"x19"), and contain all the information which appears on the charts, but printed on a single side. Poster pricing is $10 for 1, $18 for 2 or $77 for 10 posters. Shipping and handling to addresses in the continental U.S. is an additional $7 on orders of 10 or fewer. Please contact me if you wish to order more than 10 posters, or if you need shipping outside the continental U.S.

These postcards are ideal for Health Care workers and may be custom printed with your message and contact information on the back. The base fee is $20 for custom post cards, with an additional fee for printing and shipping depending on the number of cards ordered. Contact me to request a price quote or a sample card, or simply request a sample card with your chart or poster order.
